Tarot Background:
I've been studying Tarot for over 30 years, seriously for the past five years
since joining the American Tarot Association. My fascination with how the deck
was invented and how it has evolved over the past 550 years inspired me to
write an ongoing series about tarot history for the ATA's quarterly newsletter. I
hope to retire from my government job soon to read professionally and host a
website devoted to tarot history.
