Experience:
I acquired my first deck when I was 12 years old. Unable to learn the system at that point, I gave it up, temporarily. I picked up the Motherpeace tarot when I became a pagan in my early 20s and have been reading tarot now for 17 years now and reading professionally for the past 7-8 years. I have about 30 decks that I use for readings, although I focus on the decks listed above most often.
