Comparative Tarot

The Universe shows a golden figure standing on one leg at the center of the card. The figure is draped in a purple stole and stands with one leg crossed behind the other, creating a figure 4. The figure's right hand is upraised and held open as though in benediction. The left hand is lowered and points towards the ground. Behind the figure we see an orb that looks like Earth. It is intersected in its upper half by another globe of pale blue and white. A multi-colored, double helix shaped ouroboros surrounds the image. Surrounding the ouroboros we see green ripples of color, as though we are entering this image through a cave.

The LWB says: Your whole world is in balance. You move like a dancer with every movement perfectly timed. Every undertaking has paid off. Your endeavors have been successful. You are at the end of a long journey. The world is at your feet. Celebrate the great work you have done! If you want to journey further, the time is right.

Bee's Buzz: Okay, I'll be honest, I understand what this card is supposed to mean but I don't especially connect to it. Some of the imagery is too vague and hard to make out. It's beautiful but a bit hard to connect to. Having said that I do get a sense of centeredness, of being at the core of life and connected to everything. The purple stole suggests being draped in spiritual strength and the golden color of the figure suggests a sense of radiance and brilliance; a glow that we wish to be near. The pose reminds me of the idea of the Lord of the Dance who dances all life into existence - the beginning and the end of everything.
