Mansions of the Moon Tarot - Two of Wands
By ZADOK (dahogue@nctc.net)
Self-Published

Two of Wands shows a red woman with orange hair walking up a red flight of stairs towards a gateway. Standing on either side of her are two wands which she is walking between. The floor at beneath the stairs consists of green and gold diamonds. Framing the gateway is a border filled with tiles or fabric of flowers, stars, marble and other designs. Through the gateway we see an orange landscape framed by a deep blue sky. The Earth is visible hanging in the sky above this orange landscape. A pyramid shaped object sits in the distance. A brown stone pillar sits just inside the gateway.

Traditional meaning: Spiritual sovereignty, personal power through synthesis of abilities; claiming and validating the self; a sense of accomplishment with a feeling of no real satisfaction; a well-balanced nature, but potential remains unfulfilled; change in the air; self-confidence.

Bee's Buzz: In this card what struck me was the color of the woman - vivid red with brilliant orange hair. She is the visible embodiment of a being who has incorporated her spiritual, creative spirit with her physical being. The mystical associations often affiliated with pyramids suggest that she is moving towards a period of mystical union and spiritual integration. She is moving towards the center of herself. She is moving to a new level of creative energy. The initial seed found in the Ace is now beginning its journey towards manifestation. She is working towards learning how to harness her energy and pair it with her physical nature, enabling her to begin manifesting her creative desires.

Bees Blessings,
Debbie
