Wonderland Tarot - Three of Peppermills
Created by Ed Buryn
Thorson Publishers, 1995
ISBN 1 85538 330 6

Alice peeks out a curtain, where we see a balcony. The three wands (peppermills in this deck) are back stage.

LWB: Discovery of a new way. A stability in job performance and abilities. Broad knowledge of the world. The thrill of negotiation. Trade.
Reversed: Someone giving help to gain future influence. Treachery. A problem diminished.

Personally? Stage fright. You never know until you risk it, if the audience is friendly or not. You might be a great actress, but if they don't like the writing? You still take the hit. Her wands are here, but of no help to her. It's all on her. Talk about pressure!

The three is the time when we must start to discriminate - what to keep, what to throw away in our journey to completeness. Our tendency might be to hold on to too much- what is thrown away may not be regained. We haven't yet learned proper judgment. Yet, we must throw some things away, lest we be bogged down, unable to progress toward our goal.
