Wise Woman Tarot - Ten of Wands

This card shows two people standing on a dirt road on the plain somewhere, there are tree's far off in the left of the background. The sky is somewhat cloudy. One of the figures is of a Priest, with a scowl on his face pointing at a bible. The other is an Indian woman burdened with 10 wands. She is dressed in a multi colored striped top with a reddish pick woven skirt, she is also barefoot.

When I look at this card, I feel like someone is trying to force something on someone. The woman's face is questioning and sad. She is carrying a heavy load and this guy is blocking her way. I feel like she just wants to get where she’s headed. I love quite a few of the cards from this deck, this isn’t one of them. The book warns of not allowing someone to "force you into behavior that violates your identity or way of life."
