Spiral Tarot - Ten of Wands

The background of the cards shows a cobble stone pavement that is uneven, and a brick wall, both in shades of brown and brick red. Above the wall the sky is a deep medium blue. There is a woman bent over at the hips wearing a long coat of browns and reds. On her back are 10 pale to medium green wands, that have leaves sprouting on the tops. You can just see her face and a brown hat on her head. The hat has what I think is a pom-pom on top. When I look at the card I can feel the weight the woman carries because of the way her body looks. When I look at her face she appears to be if not happy, not feeling overburdened. Looking at the wands, they do not appear to be heavy, they look like 10 spring sapling wands. The book says she is blocked by the wall.
When I read this card, I don't get the overburdened feeling like I do with the 10W from the RWS. I see someone who enjoys being a bit overworked, but it also says don't get so caught up in what your carrying that you don't watch were your going. Are you trying to do too much? Are you trying to be all things to all people? If you put down some of what you’re trying to carry, you will be able to find your way out. I also think what's going on is the beginning and very much about creating, because the wands are all so young looking.
From the book: "Although this card foretells success, the lesson is to delegate some of your responsibilities to others."
