My take on it:
This is a fire card if there ever was one! The lion's head marks him as king of the beasts - but in this case, the beasts he wants to lead are mankind. What gets your blood boiling? Whether it's something you're for or against, grab your cause with both hands and defend your position. By showing your passions to the world, your spark may ignite that same fire in those around you.
