Blue Rose Tarot - Four of Wands
Created by Paula Gibby
Published by Soul Guidance
4 of Wands shows a young ballerina standing at the front of a stage. She is
being showered by confetti and flowers. A bouquet is cradled in her arms. A young
man garbed in a tuxedo stands nearby talking into her ear and pointing at
something. Behind the ballerina stand a group of fellow performers cheering her
success.
The Book says: The fours are cards of structure and order, a time when the
energy, finding release in its release and expression, stabilizes. In the suit of
Wands, the element of fire does not thing much of order and structure, but it is
willing to stand still long enough to recognize what it has achieved. The Four
of Wands celebrates those first fruits that were born in the creativity of the
Three. It is a time of joy and recognition that the energy has manifested
itself positively and harmoniously into the world. It is the joy associated with
giving birth to something vibrant and alive. And as participants and viewers, we
celebrate as well. It becomes a moment of happiness to all.
Bee's Buzz: Once again we see an image which suggests reaping the benefits and
rewards of hard work and success. The dancer has spent years honing her craft
and mastering her skills. She has practiced and poured all of her energy, her
heart and her spirit into her performance. And now it has paid off. She beams
while receiving the adulation of the crowd. She radiates a sense of triumph and
accomplishment. At this moment in time she is allowing herself to bask in the
glory of the moment. She is joyful, thrilled and centered. Soon she may begin down
the path to her next triumph or her next opportunity for growth but at this
moment in time she is just allowing herself to celebrate and enjoy where she is
right now.
