A little background on my deck. I am taking the teachings of a metaphysical teacher named Abraham (a group of non-physical entities channeled by Esther Hicks) and linking certain quotes to the cards in the Tarot. Thereby mixing two big passions of mine. This particular spin on the Tarot is not for everyone and not the traditional take on the card that most are studying, but it is a great creative motivation for me. The basic message of Abraham is to inform us how it is we are actively involved in the creation of our lives, our reality. After initially calling the deck Parsonni Tarot, mostly as a joke due to a nickname a friend of mine calls me, I have decided to rename the deck Vortex Tarot (you can see a vortex pattern in many of my cards)-- and the quote I got this from is below. These are the quotes that match the idea in my head of what the Emperor could mean as sifted through the Abe filter.
