Emperor

An Egyptian pharoah sits on his
throne. His legs are crossed and his arms are crossed over his
chest. He looks very srious & authoritative. A vulture sits at his
feet. The pharoah was all powerful some were considered Gods.
Particualrly sun gods. Masculine power, sun energy, ruler. The ram
head torches - more male energy. I think of the emperor as the
divine male energy. Loving, sometimes harsh.
LWB: Worldly power.
Accomplishment. Confidence. Wealth. Satbility. Authority.
Indomnitab;e spirit. Leadership. War-making tendencies. Father.
Brother. Husband. Male influence. Domination of intelligence and
reason over emotion and passion.
The Pharoahs were all-powerful and
often ruled with force and fear. Their dynasties lasted for a long
time. It was the Romans who eventually ended the system. But then,
the Roman Emperors were not so different. It is difficult for me
to connect with the Emperor card, because, the patriarchal
influence has hurt so many over time. It is a force and power that
is hard to balance I think.
